Job Description
Thor Enterprise Limited is seeking a highly skilled and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join its team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Provide accurate product information and customer support
- Meet and maintain customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- OND / NCE / B.Sc in a related field (Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, chat systems)
