The role involves advising customers on travel destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the vacation planning process. Responsibilities
• Advise clients on suitable tour destinations and vacation packages
• Plan and sell customized travel and tour experiences
• Coordinate flights, hotels, tours, and activities
• Handle client inquiries and provide professional travel guidance
• Ensure excellent customer service and post booking follow up

Requirements
• Experience in travel, tourism, or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for travel and tourism
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday
