Enterprise Life Assurance is seeking a highly motivated Life Planner to join our team in Lagos. The Life Planner will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, provide expert advice on life insurance products, and design personalized financial plans. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who want to help clients secure their financial futures while growing their career in the insurance and financial planning industry.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and circumstances
• Develop personalized financial plans and life insurance solutions for clients
• Educate clients on Enterprise Life Assurance products and services
• Provide guidance on risk management and long-term financial strategies
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on their progress toward financial goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
• Track client accounts and generate reports for management
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Highly motivated, client-focused, and detail oriented
• Basic understanding of financial planning principles is a plus
