Ok Build is seeking a highly experienced Field and Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations across real estate development projects. This role is responsible for ensuring construction and property development activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will supervise site workers and contractors, coordinate project resources, enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, and provide regular progress reports to management. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership, and excellent coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision
• Oversee daily site activities in line with approved project plans and specifications
• Supervise contractors, artisans, and laborers to ensure productivity and quality delivery
• Monitor site progress and submit daily and weekly reports to management
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks
• Train workers on safety practices and emergency procedures
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve site issues
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and other resources
• Maintain effective communication between site teams and management
• Quality Control
• Inspect workmanship to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, and materials
• Reporting
• Prepare daily site logs, progress reports, and incident reports
• Track operational KPIs and recommend improvements for efficiency

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Project Delivery: 95% of projects delivered on schedule
• Budget Adherence: ≤ 5% variance from approved budget
• Quality Control: ≤ 5% rework rate; 100% compliance with specifications
• Safety: Zero major safety incidents; 90% HSE training coverage
• Operational Efficiency: ≤ 5% material wastage; 90% productivity targets achieved
• Reporting: 95% accuracy; 100% on-time submissions
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Minimum 80% positive client/management feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably within real estate or construction
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, PMP, or related HSE/project management certifications are an added advantage
• Proven track record of successfully managing site operations and delivering projects

• Strong knowledge of building processes, materials, and construction standards
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and site resources
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and site reporting tools
