Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with performance management and staff evaluations
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to staff
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and healthcare HR standards
• Support training, staff welfare, and organizational development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
