Apex Networks is seeking a Mid Level Product Designer to join its growing product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user centered digital experiences by translating user needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross functional teams to design, test, and refine products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities 

• Design user centered digital products from concept to final delivery
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure consistency across design systems and brand guidelines
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance insights
• Communicate design ideas clearly through presentations and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design processes
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Solid understanding of user centered design principles
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams
• Proactive mindset with a passion for exceptional user experiences
