Responsibilities

• Provide after sales technical support for renewable energy systems
• Conduct system inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Support installations, commissioning, and performance testing
• Respond promptly to customer technical issues and inquiries
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation
• Train clients on system operation and basic maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Energy, or a related field
• Hands on experience in renewable energy systems installation or maintenance
• Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work on site and respond promptly to technical issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
