LinkOrg Networks is seeking a highly competent and experienced HR / Admin Officer to manage and support the organization’s human resource and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR best practices, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws, and supporting smooth administrative operations within a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

 Responsibilities

• Manage end to end HR and administrative operations
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company regulations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Provide HR advisory support to management and staff
• Coordinate performance management and employee relations activities
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet organizational goals
• Manage multiple HR and administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, SHRM-CP, or equivalent (highly desirable)
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in ISP, telecommunications, or technology sectors
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour law
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
