HR On Wheels is seeking a Partnerships & Development Executive to drive strategic fundraising and institutional partnerships. The successful candidate will lead high level donor engagement, secure institutional funding, and build long term collaborations with universities, research institutes, and cultural organisations globally. This role requires a self driven professional who can operate independently, represent the organisation publicly when required, and contribute to the long term growth and sustainability of the organisation.

Responsibilities
• Drive strategic fundraising initiatives and donor engagement
• Secure institutional and grant funding for organisational programs
• Build and manage partnerships with universities, research institutes, and cultural organisations
• Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements
• Represent HR On Wheels at meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements
• Develop long-term collaboration strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Contribute to sustainability planning and growth initiatives

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in partnerships and development
• Strong background in high level fundraising and institutional funding
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships
