Sweet Sensation is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital strategy and drive measurable business growth across all online touchpoints. The role requires a strategic, innovative, and data driven professional capable of managing a high performing digital team and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage the in-house digital marketing team and external agency partners
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, paid ads, email, social media, and content)
• Monitor digital KPIs, analyze performance data, and improve ROI
• Oversee website performance, user experience, and digital asset management
• Manage digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships
• Stay updated on digital trends, technologies, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, IT, and other departments to align digital initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong experience in digital marketing and performance optimization
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools
• Proven ability to manage digital budgets and vendors
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Demonstrated experience executing data driven marketing campaigns
