Responsibilities

• Attend to walk in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Promote beauty products and recommend suitable options to customers
• Cross sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales records and handle transactions responsibly
• Ensure products are neatly displayed and the store environment is welcoming
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Support inventory checks and stock management when required

Requirements

• Must be female
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cross sell and upsell effectively
• Customer oriented with a positive attitude
• Prior retail or sales experience is an added advantage
