GiftGo is seeking a persuasive and energetic Sales Representative to manage customer chats, coordinate orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate is a young female professional with strong communication skills, the ability to convert leads, and a passion for customer engagement. This role is remote but open only to candidates currently residing in Abuja for future office transition.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer chats and respond promptly to inquiries on WhatsApp.
• Coordinate customer orders from inquiry to delivery confirmation.
• Drive sales conversions through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and follow ups.
• Provide exceptional customer support while handling pressure and meeting sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Contribute to sales growth strategies and meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Female candidate, aged 20–25.
• Must currently reside in Abuja.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast response time and ability to multitask.
• Proven ability to close sales and manage customer pressure.
• Self motivated, persuasive, and target driven.
