Ikore is seeking ambitious and talented graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program in Abuja, Nigeria. The program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on exposure, mentorship, and professional development opportunities across engineering, finance, business, and related fields. Trainees will rotate through departments, participate in strategic projects, and gain practical experience to build a strong foundation for a successful career within the organization.

• Responsibilities:
• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments to gain practical work experience.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support organizational goals.
• Engage in structured learning and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze, evaluate, and implement solutions to business challenges.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from senior staff to build technical and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• First Class or Second Class Upper degree in Engineering, Sciences, Project
• Management, Finance/Investment, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Must be between 22 and 30 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to organizational objectives.
