Keyrock is hiring a Junior HR Programs Specialist to support employee engagement, learning initiatives, and people programs across a globally distributed, remote-first team. This role works closely with HR Business Partners and the HR Programs Manager to keep HR initiatives organised, data-driven, and scalable.
Ideal for early-career professionals interested in HR operations, culture, learning, automation, and people analytics within a fast-growing digital asset company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding, engagement, culture, and learning programs
- Track participation, outcomes, and employee engagement metrics
- Prepare reports and dashboards for HR programs
- Support HR process automation and workflow improvements
- Maintain HR documentation, guidelines, and program materials
- Assist with internal events and culture initiatives
- Coordinate with HR tools vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 0–2 years experience (HR, operations, analytics, or related fields)
- Strong interest in people programs, culture, and learning
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and process improvement
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience with HR tools or analytics is a plus
