The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and delivering impactful learning programs that enhance employee performance and support client organizational goals. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs for clients
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars (virtual and in-person)
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend suitable learning solutions
• Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports
• Support talent development, performance improvement, and capacity building initiatives
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Stay updated with modern learning technologies and L&D best practices

Requirements
• Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in learning and development or HR consulting
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
• High technical proficiency with LMS platforms, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
• Professional, detail oriented, and well organized
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills
