Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers is seeking an Officer, Client Service to deliver excellent client support and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client inquiries, resolving complaints, updating records, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in customer facing roles, particularly in service oriented organizations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries across all communication channels professionally.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records.
- Support daily client service operations for efficiency and accuracy.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
- Promote pension products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC work experience.
- Experience in effective service delivery is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.
