R & R Recruiting Services is seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to develop and manage engaging digital content across social media platforms. The role involves creating videos, graphics, and other visual materials to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, proficient in content creation tools, and capable of managing social media pages to increase online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging video content for YouTube and other social media platforms
• Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for online promotions
• Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing and brand awareness
• Manage and grow social media pages through consistent posting
• Monitor engagement and trends to improve content performance

Requirements:

• Skilled in editing and posting on YouTube
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, YouTube Studio, and Meta Business Suite
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
