Phlorem Growth and Wellness Foundation is seeking a creative and results driven Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow its digital presence. The role involves creating compelling visual and written content that tells impactful stories, increases engagement, and promotes the foundation’s mission and activities across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture high quality photos and videos during projects, outreaches, and events
• Edit video footage into documentary style and short form content
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across all PGWF social media platforms
• Develop creative, narrative driven content that communicates PGWF’s mission and impact
• Monitor analytics and optimize content strategy based on performance insights
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to align content with project goals

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth results
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (short form and long form content)
• Ability to create compelling storytelling and impact focused content
• Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and analytics
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
• Experience working with NGOs or impact driven organizations is an added advantage
