Job Description

Bethan Fruit & Veg is seeking a creative and results driven Content Creator (Graphic, Video & Motion) to develop visually compelling content that strengthens brand presence and drives customer engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in graphic design, short form video creation, and basic motion graphics, with the ability to translate brand goals into impactful visual storytelling. This role is primarily remote; however, physical presence in Lagos is required for content shoots, events, and major campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality graphic designs for:
  • Instagram content
  • WhatsApp marketing
  • Event promotions
  • Menus, flyers, and digital advertisements
• Produce, edit, and optimize short form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories
• Add motion graphics, transitions, and text animations where required
• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Collaborate closely with the Growth & Sales team to support campaigns and drive engagement
• Cover product shoots, lifestyle content, and major brand events in Lagos
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or Video Editor
• Advanced proficiency in Canva
• Strong working knowledge of CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience using Figma for layouts and campaign assets
• Basic motion graphics and text animation skills
• Ability to shoot mobile video content for products and lifestyle visuals
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work is compulsory
