Salary: £28k – £30k per year

This independent, boutique organisation is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of its events programme. You will collaborate with internal teams, committees, commercial partners, and suppliers to produce memorable, high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design event programmes
•  Contribute creative ideas for impactful attendee experiences
•  Support event technology and engagement tools
•  Provide post-event evaluation and recommendations
•  Contribute to event budget development
•  Lead venue sourcing, contracting, and onsite management
•  Oversee catering, AV, branding, signage, and onsite materials
•  Support hotel allocations and third-party suppliers
•  Coordinate speaker materials and supporting documentation
•  Manage onsite registrations, badging, and IT needs

Candidate Requirements:
– 5+ years’ experience delivering complex events (in-person, hybrid, online)
– Strong project and stakeholder management skills
– Experience with event management software and registration systems
– Ambitious, willing to learn, and develop within the organisation
