FundQuest Finance offers young, ambitious graduates the opportunity to kickstart their careers in one of Nigeria’s fastest growing financial institutions. This program is designed to equip trainees with essential finance, business, and analytical skills through structured learning, hands on experience, and mentorship from industry experts. Successful candidates will gain exposure across various departments, develop strong professional competencies, and build the foundation needed for leadership roles in the finance sector.

• Responsibilities
• Participate in structured training programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of FundQuest’s financial products, services, and operations
• Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting tasks across various business units
• Support day to day operational activities in accounting, treasury, and investment management
• Collaborate with teams to prepare management reports and presentations
• Engage in projects aimed at improving internal processes, efficiency, and client service delivery
• Apply analytical and problem solving skills to contribute to business decision-making
• Attend workshops, mentoring sessions, and professional development programs organized by FundQuest

Requirements

• Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter
• Maximum age: 28 years
• Demonstrated interest in the finance sector (banking, investments, or financial services)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage
• High level of integrity, drive, and willingness to learn
