Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demand Planner based in Lagos. The responsibilities include analyzing historical data to produce accurate demand forecasts, developing and maintaining demand planning processes, coordinating with sales and production teams to align supply with demand, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet business and customer needs. The Demand Planner will also generate reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
• Experience in Production Planning with a focus on efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Excel and demand planning systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field
• Prior experience in FMCG or similar industries is an advantage
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
