Social Media and Customer Representative

Job Description

Our client is seeking a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Social Media Personnel / Customer Care Representative to manage its online presence and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsive, creative, and capable of building strong customer relationships while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to promote transport services
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints across all channels
  • Provide customer support both online and physically when required
  • Maintain professional, courteous, and helpful interactions with customers
  • Track and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers
  • Collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction and brand visibility

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field
  • Basic experience in social media management and/or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in smartphone usage and basic computer applications
  • Well-organized, polite, and customer-oriented
