Role Summary:
Moog is seeking a Quality Auditor to lead audits, train operators, and drive continuous improvement in production and development. The role focuses on ensuring process compliance, maintaining high product quality, and supporting technical problem-solving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct audits and inspections to ensure process and product quality
•  Train and guide operators on quality standards
•  Support continuous improvement projects and report findings
•  Collaborate across teams to maintain compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

•  Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training
•  5+ years in precision machining, assembly, or test processes
•  Experience with audits, inspection tools, and statistical sampling
•  Strong organizational and communication skills
