Coronation Group is seeking high performing and ambitious graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme Academy Cohort I. This programme is designed to attract and develop entry level talent across companies within the Coronation Ecosystem. Successful candidates will gain hands on experience, structured training, and mentorship in a dynamic and supportive corporate environment, preparing them for long term career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training, learning, and development programmes.
• Gain hands on experience across assigned business units within the Coronation Ecosystem.
• Support day to day operations and projects within assigned pathways.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to real business challenges.
• Work collaboratively with teams and mentors to achieve performance objectives.
• Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
• At least five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Applicants must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are an added advantage.
