📍Remote, USA (Full-Time Contractor Role)

A rapidly growing D2C brand dominating the wine accessories category is searching for a Junior Creative Strategist with originality, strong psychological insight, and the ability to create concepts from scratch — not recycle “best practices.”

This team wants a builder, a thinker, and a pattern-breaker.

They’ve already dominated their first category and are now building a new brand with even bigger ambitions.

Your Mission
You’ll help shape the next $100M brand by creating new ways to persuade, influence, and engage audiences using:

  • Storytelling
  • Psychology
  •  Insight
  •  Creative intuition
  • This role is for someone who can invent, not imitate.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Develop original concepts, hooks, angles, and narratives
  • Create simple but powerful scripts, outlines, and creative directions
  •  Explore new storytelling worlds, characters, and formats
  •  Propose creative and psychological strategies that flip assumptions
  •  Identify untapped content opportunities across platforms
  •  Collaborate closely with creative leadership on new campaign directions
  •  Push original ideas that cut through noise and trigger action
