Informa Festivals is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead LIONS Sport, a 2-day sports marketing event at Cannes Lions. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) based at 5 Howick Place, London.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead end-to-end delivery of LIONS Sport, from planning to execution.
•  Motivate and manage cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Content, Sales, Design).
•  Represent the business externally and liaise with senior stakeholders.
•  Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure project excellence.
•  Support partner sales and deliver post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience managing large-scale events or strategic projects.
•  Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
•  Evidence of scaling projects successfully.
•  Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and professional.
•  Interest or experience in sports marketing is a plus.
