Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing funds from individuals and corporate clients, promoting investment products, and building strong investor relationships.

You will play a key role in driving liquidity by mobilizing funds and supporting a financial institution that provides solutions such as working capital, contract finance, lease finance, invoice discounting, personal loans, bridge finance, import duty finance, and loan syndication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Funds Mobilization & Business Development

  •  Mobilize funds from individual and corporate clients to meet liquidity needs
  •  Identify and develop new markets and funding sources
  •  Drive continuous growth of the client base and investment portfolio
  •  Execute cold calling, warm calling, and client acquisition strategies

2. Client Relationship Management

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with investors
  •  Manage client portfolios to ensure retention and repeat investments
  •  Provide tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs

3. Investment & Portfolio Support

  •  Recommend profitable investment opportunities for excess liquidity
  •  Ensure diversification of funding sources to reduce risk
  •  Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions

4. Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  •  Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management
  •  Provide regular updates on fund mobilization performance
  •  Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making

Requirements
Experience

  •  3 – 6 years of experience in financial services (preferably in a treasury or market-facing role)
  •  Proven track record in fund mobilization, client acquisition, and treasury product sales
  •  Experience with cold calling, business development, and client retention

Education

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  •  Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage

  •  Investment analysis and portfolio diversification skills
  •  Strong sales and business development ability
