📍Remote / London, UK

Type: Full-time

Join Awin as a Junior CRM Engineer and work on implementing new Salesforce features (primarily Service Cloud, potentially Sales Cloud).

Key Tasks:

•  Participate in CRM team sprints to implement roadmap features.
•  Collaborate with CRM Business Analysts and Architects to deliver optimal solutions.
•  Implement scalable solutions in Apex, LWCs, SOQL, integrations (REST, Platform Events), and n   configuration (Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder).
•  Create technical designs and troubleshoot Salesforce platform errors.
•  Maintain technical documentation for long-term success.

Skills & Expertise:

•  1+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
•  Proficient in Apex, LWCs, and Flow Builder.
•  Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
•  Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a plus.
•  Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are a plus.
•  Experience with Git, Gearset, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
•  Strong customer focus, autonomous, and excellent English communication skills.
