📍Fully Remote (UK-Based)

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent

As an Internet Security Support Engineer, you’ll be a key technical pillar within NetThreat Ltd  not just maintaining systems, but shaping the future of the company’s support and cybersecurity offering your Future Pathway.

NetThreat offers two strong progression routes:

•  Technical Specialist: Advance into higher-tier support, implementation, or security architecture.
•  Pre-Sales Engineer: Use your communication + product expertise to support sales, lead demos, and add commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Tier 1/2 customer support, network security troubleshooting
•  Technical authority for internal teams
•  Pre- & post-sales support for the sales department
•  Manage & support firewall technologies
•  Shape and improve support processes as the company transitions into a full MSSP

Skills Required:

•  2+ years in Technical Support / IT Support
•  Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs
•  Firewall configuration & support
•  Strong communication skills
•  Self-motivated and organised in a remote environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SonicWall or WatchGuard
•  Broader security knowledge (EDR, VPNs, ZTNA)
