Beautiful Beginnings College is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead our school community. The ideal candidate will provide strong academic and administrative leadership, ensure the effective delivery of the Nigerian and British curriculum, and drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and school operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the school
• Oversee academic and administrative operations
• Develop, implement, and review school policies and strategic plans
• Manage teaching and non-teaching staff and support professional development
• Ensure effective implementation of Nigerian and British curricula
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a School Principal
• Proven experience with Nigerian and British curricula
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams and drive academic excellence
• Residence within Mainland Lagos (Festac, Ago & environs) is an added advantage
