Role Snapshot:
Drive the University of Sheffield’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll create engaging content, manage daily posting, support recruitment and reputation campaigns, monitor community engagement, and use analytics to optimise performance — all while protecting and strengthening the university’s brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish high-quality social content for key audiences
- Â Manage daily posting schedules and campaign delivery
- Â Write inclusive, audience-specific copy
- Â Monitor engagement, UGC, and reputational risks
- Â Track performance and report insights using analytics tools
- Â Stay ahead of trends and platform updates
Key Requirements:
- Â Proven experience in social/digital media
- Â Strong content creation skills (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Â Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Â Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Â Highly organised, detail-oriented, and trend-aware
