Junior Brand Manager

Job Description

FrieslandCampina is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Brand Manager to support brand marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to execute brand strategies, analyze market data, and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns within a fast paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and activations
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance data
• Contribute to project planning, coordination, and execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve brand objectives
• Track campaign results and support performance optimization
• Support day to day brand management activities

Requirements
• First degree in any discipline
• Experience in a commercial role with focus on Brand Marketing
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Results driven attitude with strong execution capability
• Leadership potential and teamwork skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel formulas and formatting)
• Project management experience is an added advantage
