OKEM Paints is seeking a proactive and results driven Marketer to promote its products, expand market reach, and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market research to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Identify and target potential customers
• Conduct market research and analyze trends
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote company products and brand visibility

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven interest or experience in sales and marketing (an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel within and outside the state
• Good negotiation and customer engagement skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result oriented
