GENERAL QUALIFICATION SUMMARY
Academic Staff:

• Professor / Reader: PhD + 9–12 years teaching/research experience + strong publication records + postgraduate supervision.
• Senior Lecturer: PhD + 5 years + research output.
• Lecturer I: PhD + 3 years post-doc + publications.
• Lecturer II: PhD or Master’s with experience + publications.
• Assistant Lecturer: Master’s degree.
• Graduate Assistant: First-class or Second-Class Upper + interest in postgraduate studies.
• Non-Teaching Staff: Requirements vary by role and may include:
• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or SSCE (depending on position)
• NYSC completion where applicable
• Professional licenses/registrations
• Relevant work experience
• Computer literacy
