Graduate Learnership Opportunity – Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support (NQF Level 3)
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape (Salt River)
Duration: 12-Month Learnership

Afrizan People Intelligence is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Learnership Programme.
This 12-month Services SETA-accredited programme combines structured learning with practical workplace experience, allowing you to develop valuable customer service, communication, and business skills while earning a recognised qualification.
What You Will Gain:
- Certificate: Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing Support (NQF Level 3)
- Hands-on experience in a professional contact centre environment
- Exposure to customer service, digital engagement, and business operations
- Workplace readiness and professional development skills
- Mentorship and ongoing support throughout the programme
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through various communication channels
- Provide professional and efficient customer service
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives
- Promote digital and self-service platforms
- Participate fully in all learnership training and assessments
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Recent graduates seeking workplace experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must reside within 20km of Salt River, Cape Town
- Must be available to commit to the full 12-month learnership programme
- Must be able to work rotational shifts between 07:00 and 23:00
- Reliable transport to and from work
