Role Overview

Purple Star Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage core HR functions within a consulting environment. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and learning support, while partnering with leadership to strengthen people practices.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  •  Serve as first point of contact for employee relations matters.
  •  Support performance management and feedback processes.
  •  Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  •  Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
  •  Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
  •  Maintain accurate HR records and HR reports.
  •  Support culture, engagement, and change initiatives.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in HR, IRPM, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  Minimum of *7 years’ HR experience*, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  •  Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
  •  Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHR).
  •  Proficiency with HR systems and tools.
