Role Overview
Purple Star Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage core HR functions within a consulting environment. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and learning support, while partnering with leadership to strengthen people practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Support performance management and feedback processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HR reports.
- Support culture, engagement, and change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IRPM, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of *7 years’ HR experience*, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHR).
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools.
