Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based at Bodunde Meat Farm LTD facilities in Abeokuta. The Security Guard will monitor entry and exit points, verify the identity of visitors, staff, and vehicles, and ensure only authorized access to the premises. Responsibilities include patrolling designated areas, inspecting doors, gates, and fences, and reporting or escalating any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches. The role involves safeguarding company assets, products, and equipment, as well as supporting personnel security by maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and visitors. The Security Guard will also document incidents, maintain security logs, and coordinate with management or law enforcement as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Proficiency in physical security practices, including patrolling, access control, and incident reporting.
• Experience or training in personnel security and private security, with an understanding of basic security protocols and regulations.
• Ability to remain alert and calm under pressure, with strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic literacy and record-keeping skills to complete logs and incident reports accurately.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operations.
