Job Description

Infrastructure Bank Plc is seeking a Senior Project Preparation Specialist to support infrastructure project development across sectors such as power, transport, housing, and renewable energy. The specialist will lead feasibility studies, financial analysis, and prepare project documentation while coordinating with stakeholders and government agencies. This role also supports Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives and transaction structuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct financial modelling and analysis.
• Prepare end to end project documentation across various sectors.
• Engage stakeholders and relevant government agencies.
• Support PPP and transaction structuring processes.

Requirements

• Expertise in infrastructure project development.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Experience in feasibility studies and due diligence.
• Ability to manage stakeholder and government engagement.
• Knowledge of PPP and transaction structuring.
