Position Summary
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative, executive, and digital support in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to management
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and email correspondence
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
- Assist with content creation and basic social media support
- Maintain records and support daily operational tasks
- Perform general personal assistant duties as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and basic office software
- Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage
- High level of professionalism and discretion
