Job Description

PACT OWOH is seeking energetic and result driven Telemarketers to join its sales team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting company products, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is suitable for individuals who are confident communicators, target oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced sales environment.

 Responsibilities

• Initiate sales calls to prospective customers
• Engage customers through relevant questions and persuasive conversations
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Generate repeat sales by building customer trust and relationships
• Accurately document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and feedback
• Keep up to date with product offerings and inform customers of new products
• Respond to customer inquiries and objections professionally
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Patience and ability to sustain engaging conversations
• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling experience
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales related software
• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Break Period: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
• Work Days: Shift system
