Rutz Wellness LTD is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Officer to strengthen client engagement and support sales growth. The role involves managing client relationships, following up on leads, promoting company products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be smart, articulate, and able to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Call, follow up, and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Market and promote company products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address client inquiries professionally.
• Track customer interactions and follow up on leads effectively.
• Support sales growth through consistent customer engagement.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum qualification of HND.
• Background in Mass Communication, Political Science, Industrial Relations, or English & Linguistics is preferred.
• Smart, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Previous experience as a Customer Relationship Officer is an added advantage.
• Applicants must reside around Ado, Langbasa, or Badore.
