-  The Product & Customer Marketing Specialist will drive both product marketing (~80%) and customer marketing (~20%). You’ll manage go-to-market execution, product launches, and sales enablement, while also driving adoption, engagement, and upsell across the existing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Execution:
- Â Manage end-to-end GTM for a portfolio of products
- Â Track post-launch performance and reporting
- Â Create sales collateral: training slides, one-pagers, and explainer materials
- Â Maintain product release timelines and identify impacted customers
Sales Enablement: - Â Run monthly enablement training with accessible decks/recordings
- Â Provide collateral to assist sales teams in pitching new products/features
Market & Competitor Research: - Â Stay updated on industry news and PPC trends
- Â Support thought leadership, case study production, and in-app product announcements
- Â Assist broader marketing team with content, strategy, and website initiatives
Tools You’ll Use:
- Adthena products, Google Suite, Gemini, Figma, Notion, Google Ads, Storylane, Pendo
Who They’re Looking For:
- Â PPC domain expertise, preferably from an agency background
- Product marketing experience or willingness to learn
- Â Collaborative, cross-functional working style
- Â Excellent written, visual, and storytelling communication skills
- Â Attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Â Growth mindset and proactive self-learning
- Â Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments preferred
- Â Curiosity for AI, PPC, and marketing technology trends
