Join TELUS Health as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the initial stages of the sales funnel, qualify leads efficiently, and ensure smooth transition from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Fast lead handover: Qualify MQLs quickly and ensure seamless handoff to sales.
-  Lead qualification & follow-up: Engage inbound and outbound leads, attend events, and initiate next  steps in sales.
-  Generate interest & build relationships: Understand prospects’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Â Research & targeting: Identify key decision-makers and develop personalised outreach strategies.
- Â Database management: Maintain accurate, actionable prospect information in CRM.
- Â Collaborate with sales teams: Support smooth handover and provide insights about prospects.
- Â Provide feedback to marketing: Share observations to improve lead generation quality.
- Â Use Salesforce to manage leads, track tasks, and report performance metrics.
What You Bring:
- Â Proven sales development experience with lead qualification expertise.
- Â Outbound & inbound experience handling high-volume calls and emails.
- Â CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
- Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Â Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet KPIs.
- Â Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Â Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Â Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), insurance, or group benefits is a plus.
