Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This role is responsible for driving student enrollment, managing leads, and converting prospects into paying clients.

The ideal candidate must have strong business development and sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Experience is prioritized over company background-you should be confident in closing deals, managing pipelines, and consistently achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert prospective students through calls, messages, and in-person interactions

• Manage and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals

• Present and promote Easyway’s German language programs to potential clients

• Drive student enrollment and achieve/exceed assigned sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions

• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

• Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies

• Stay updated on program offerings, pricing, and schedules

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition

• Strong closing skills with ability to meet or exceed targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• ⁠Confident in handling objections and negotiating with clients

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (CRM experience is an advantage)

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
