Role Overview:
Derbyshire Flooring Specialists LTD is seeking a dependable Personal Assistant to support daily operations, client coordination, bookkeeping, and subcontractor administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Record client enquiries, update job info, schedule meetings
- Â Manage Xero bookkeeping: invoices, bank reconciliations, supplier payments
- Â Maintain subcontractor records and purchase orders
- Â General admin: filing, compliance tracking, training records
