What you’ll be doing…

• Respond to customer inquiries across all support channels quickly, clearly, and without sounding like a robot
• Troubleshoot issues with transactions, accounts, and product features
• Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams and follow up until resolution
• Document recurring issues and flag patterns that need fixing at the product level
• Keep users informed at every stage no one should have to chase you for an update
• Maintain a deep understanding of how Breet works so your answers are always accurate
• Contribute to building and updating the internal knowledge base

• You’re calm under pressure. Frustrated users don’t rattle you they motivate you
• You communicate clearly in writing. No typos, no ambiguity, no walls of text
• You follow through. If you said you’d get back to someone, you do
• You ask questions when you don’t know something instead of guessing
• You notice when the same problem keeps coming up and you say something about it
• You’re comfortable with technology and pick up new tools quickly
• Experience in customer support, fintech, or crypto is a plus.
