📍 Remote – UK based
Type: Contract | 12+ months | Outside IR35
Role Overview:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-module SAP SuccessFactors rollout (Recruiting, Onboarding,
- Employee Central, Payroll) across Europe. Provide strategic oversight, governance, and leadership of project teams and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Own full programme delivery from initiation to go-live and stabilisation
- Â Develop programme plans, RAID logs, status reporting, budgets, and governance
- Â Lead internal HR, IT, Payroll teams and external vendors
- Â Manage data migration, testing, cutover planning, and change management
- Â Coordinate UAT, training, and business readiness
- Â Ensure programme risks are proactively managed and escalated
- Â Provide leadership communication to executives and steering committees
Required Skills & Experience:
- Senior-level Programme Management experience
- Â Proven track record in multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Â Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and organisational change
- Â Experience managing remote, multi-vendor teams
- Â Excellent stakeholder management, including C-suite
- Â Logistics/supply chain sector experience preferred
