📍 Remote – UK based

Type: Contract | 12+ months | Outside IR35

Role Overview:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-module SAP SuccessFactors rollout (Recruiting, Onboarding,
• Employee Central, Payroll) across Europe. Provide strategic oversight, governance, and leadership of project teams and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Own full programme delivery from initiation to go-live and stabilisation
•  Develop programme plans, RAID logs, status reporting, budgets, and governance
•  Lead internal HR, IT, Payroll teams and external vendors
•  Manage data migration, testing, cutover planning, and change management
•  Coordinate UAT, training, and business readiness
•  Ensure programme risks are proactively managed and escalated
•  Provide leadership communication to executives and steering committees

Required Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level Programme Management experience
•  Proven track record in multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations
•  Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and organisational change
•  Experience managing remote, multi-vendor teams
•  Excellent stakeholder management, including C-suite
•  Logistics/supply chain sector experience preferred
