📍 London, UK (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite)

Organisation: The Old Vic Theatre

Contract: Permanent | Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Salary: £30,179.56 → £30,910.65 (from April 2026)

Deadline: 16 January 2026

Role Summary

Provide high-level administrative and production support to the Production team, working closely with the Producer, General Manager, and Associate GMs. You’ll support live theatre productions through scheduling, contracts, payroll support, budgets, press nights, travel coordination, and backstage operations in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Requirements:

  •  At least 1 year experience in a similar role within a performing arts organisation
  •  Strong administration, organisation, and time-management skills
  •  Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality handling
  •  Confident communicator; adaptable team player
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  •  Genuine interest in theatre
