Compensation: £30,000 – £35,000
Beam is hiring a friendly, tech-savvy, empathetic problem solver to support thousands of Magic Notes users.
What You’ll Do:
- Â Provide fast, friendly, multi-channel support (email, phone, live chat, video).
-  Create and maintain clear support resources—FAQs, tutorials, help docs.
- Â Troubleshoot and triage issues to engineering, product, and CS teams.
- Â Collaborate with internal teams to improve Magic Notes through user insights.
- Â Bring empathy, clarity, and energy to every interaction.
Requirements:
- Â Experience in customer or product support, ideally in tech/startups.
-  Strong communication skills—clear writing is essential.
- Â Confident using Zendesk or similar support tools.
- Â Empathy and patience when helping users adopt new technology.
- Â A natural problem solver with strong organisational skills.
- Â Comfortable multitasking and using AI tools for efficiency.
- Â Passion for technology and learning new features quickly.
- Â Bonus: Knowledge of Italian or Dutch.
